Dan Thorpe joined the C.W. Henderson research team in June 2010. Dan’s primary roles as the Vice President of Credit Research include analyzing credit characteristics of inherited and existing securities to ensure that credit standards are maintained in client accounts. In addition, he collaborates with C.W. Henderson’s portfolio managers to evaluate new issue and secondary market offerings.
Prior to joining C. W. Henderson, Dan worked as a municipal bond trader/analyst at Gannett Welsh & Kotler in Boston, MA.
Dan is a native of Wayzata, MN and a 2003 graduate of Boston College with a degree in Economics. In addition, Dan holds his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Dan enjoys golfing, travel, boating and reading.
